    Cut for women, the Carhartt CT104315 Gilliam Vest delivers core warmth without bulky sleeves. Its 1.75 oz Cordura nylon shell sheds water with Rain Defender and blocks wind with Wind Fighter, and it's quilted to 100-gram insulation, making it an easy layer over a hoodie or long sleeve tee.

    Pair it with the men's Gilliam Vest (CT102286) so everyone on the team matches. The Carhartt label is on the left chest map pocket, so the right chest is the go-to spot for an embroidered logo, and the back works for a company name. Decorated in-house at our Anaheim shop.
